WORK PHILOSOPHY<\/h1>\n

Our inspiration stems from French novelist Jean Giono\u2019s portrayal of one man\u2019s work and personality, Elzeard Bouffier, in his novella \u0003\u201cThe man who planted trees\u201d<\/span>.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      Discernement<\/h1>\n

      Elz\u00e9ar offers either an individual or a team approach, based on an analysis of the candidate\u2019s personality and professional profile.<\/h4>\n

      We like to understand a each person as a whole. To do so, we examine spontaneous as well as work-conditioned behaviour.<\/p>\n

      Our conversations and decisions are informed by a wide range of tools which our consultants are certified to use that provide insight into a candidate\u2019s motivation, competencies, behaviour and potential.<\/p>\n

      Nevertheless, our search and assessment method is mainly interview-based.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      TOOLS<\/h1>\n

      DiSC\u00ae assessments are personality profiles developed from the answers to a series of questions.<\/h3>\n

      The profile will indicate a candidate\u2019s natural tendencies toward dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness. A profile can be used to learn more about oneself, interpret one\u2019s interactions with others and help to build organizations and teams using the best people for each role.<\/p>\n

      The study of the PCG : To understand the structure of the professional personality.<\/h3>\n

      The study of the Professional Centre of Gravity allows us to understand how candidates position themselves in a work context, and the type of roles their natural competencies push them toward. We bring to light a \u201cprofessional personality\u201d showing which role candidates are likely to play within an organisation as a result of their natural competencies.<\/p>\n
